Search feature and not user friendly
The app needs improvement. Limited search function make it frustrating to find anything easily. Most time schedules and many other relevant items/information aren’t included in the app either. Not my favorite sports app by far. Hopefully, feedback provided will truly help improve the app because a good user friendly app is needed.

Out of all the different Apps that we use during our tournament season. This one doesn’t have half the content other apps have. Also need to re-login every time you open the app. Very frustrating. Would like to see the actual brackets and standing’s of each team.
Not the best app
The hotel reservation side of this app, had much higher prices than Expedia. Then the tournament times do not match the tournament times that we have been given from the Bullhead city organizers.
Disappearing information
Why does the schedule disappear it seems every other time you open the app? Very buggy

Waaaaay too difficult for coaches, parents and team members to get on to see everything
Poor functionality and terrible performance
Cannot even see the text of the review as I am typing...seems about right based on my attempts to use this app.
Not impressed
This app is not overly intuitive. Plus, you have to ask for permission to join a team. I’m still waiting for approval and I’m a team parent. What about grandparents etc. that wanna keep track of the scores and standings? Also when it tournaments I like to keep track of several teams because I’m curious to see how they’re doing. This is extremely difficult to do and tedious with this app.

Awful
You’d think the developers would be at least smart enough to copy the key functions of Tourney Machine, but apparently not. All but useless for following a tournament. Not sure why anyone would use it.
App is useless, beware of room roster
Website took my reservation but now I cannot change it and hotel has no record of reservation. And no support from room rostee. What a joke.
