Weird creep stalking and harassing passengers at gate in ATL

Creepy old disgusting white old man (approx. 88 yr old) miscreant with white hair wouldn't stop harassing, stalking and inappropriate behavior physically abusing paying customers and passengers. Thankfully helpful flight attendant helped me change seats to keep the DL3103 creep in seat 24C from sitting beside me entire flight, creepy and so disgusting. Can't believe I had to PAY for this "upgrade". People like this creep are the reason why we have to have a registry in this country.
