1 star until you correctly update the inflight map to “Gulf of America” and not “Gulf of America (Gulf of Mexico)”. Stop dead naming the gulf.
DON’T FLY DELTA
I fly every weekend and try to never fly delta, but every once in a while get I stuck with them because of the small hubs. EVERY SINGLE TIME I fly delta they’ve delayed/canceled our flight and almost always take our carry-ons even when there’s still bin space.
Customer service also sucks and their complaint line is a joke that emails apologies with no actions or anything to make things better. Would NOT recommend flying.

Terrible Customer Service
I have been trying to recover my account with Delta for 8 months. Eventually gave up. Spent a cumulative 4 hours and counting on the phone with customer service because their system wouldn’t let me create another one. The customer service agent discovered the problem was because another account was using my phone number that I’ve had since 2003 (23 years) with no lapse is usage rights. The agent set up an account with me and as part of the work around reversed my last and first name with the intent of changing it back. Delta has now denied this name change 4 times after I’ve provided ample legal documentation to them include DL and passport photos.
I’ve never worked so hard to be someone’s customer in my life. The whole thing is absurd. - Also - they’ve repeatedly refused to take my phone number off of someone else’s account. Absolutely absurd and an indictment of their incompetence.

Seat Selection Is Not Working
Seat selection doesn't save in the app - you have to go to the desktop site. Trying to book a ticket under a business profile also doesn't save in the app.
