Account creation
App is terrible! The process to create an account is awful and took me way longer than it needed to be and made me create 20 different passwords because each one wasn’t good enough i guess? Never had that much trouble with creating an account before in my life!

I enjoy the points and how convenient everything is. The app is easy to navigate.
Horrible since the new changes
Was a loyal SW customer with over 25 flights per year. All other airlines have better CC perks. Even Frontier much better than SW. even their check-in, select seat policy is idiotic.

Awful airline
Not only did they delay my flight, made me miss my connecting, basically told me I was SOL to find a way home, I arrived at 12pm, I had to wait until 11pm in the Oakland airport and was given a lousy 15$ meal voucher. Made me cry for an hour in the airport bathroom, tried to be on standby for a different flight home, there was an empty seat but their system wouldn’t let me in the plane for whatever reason. THEY GAVE MY SEAT AWAY IN FIRST CLASS AND NOW I GOTTA SIT IN THR BACK OF THE PLANE. NEVER flying southwest again. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE
