No longer user friendly
I had to try 4 different times to book. The first two times it said the prices had changed and then there were no seats available unless I upgrade? Why are you charging for every little thing!?! Very frustrating!

I live flying Southwest. I enjoy the crew members and when calling in for assistance, the representative is so polite and knowledgeable, they see me through and are understanding and patient with me. Thank you!

Miss the Old Southwest
I don’t care for the new Southwest. This is my first time traveling since the change over. Not sure I’ll choose Southwest again. This is the last of my free tickets. I hope the flight is better. I don’t like paying $100 for two bags when it used to be free.
Seat assignment
I got my seat assignment two days before check in and then when I checked it I was changed toy a middle seat. Not acceptable
Constant solicitation and no integration
Flying SW for the first time since they changed to reserved seating. The number of solicitations I received to upgrade or change flights or seats was ridiculous. And then I thought I’d try to book a rental car through the app and was extremely disappointed in the experience. Going through the app I would have expected the dates and flight information to be available or integrated into the reservation process.

New planes
I love Southwest and always have because of their fleet and kind people. (Totally miss the comedian flight staff though). Also I’m glad for the newest planes but they are back-killers, please have mercy!
Charged but no seat upgrade
Doesn’t remember my trip info after I checked in and then logged in with my Rapid Rewards number. Also I paid for a seat upgrade… I got charged but the app said there's a technical difficulty so I don't have my seat upgrade, but the charge is on the card. Now I have to call in and get help clearing it out.
App is much clunkier than Delta or AA.

The only way to fly
I have flown Southwest for over 20 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is polite, helpful, and most importantly at ease. Traveling an be stressful but they’ve got it down taking away all the worry.
The app is going downhill
The app is getting more and limited on what you can do. Even though I’m A List Preferred it won’t let me do same day standby anymore. Just errors out.

Have been flying with American 🇺🇸Airlines ✈️🛩✈️🛩🇺🇸 since a young girl I’m a Texas girl so I knew Flying Southwest ✈️Airlines ✈️ was always convenient economical budget, friendly, and a great experience. Now I fly through my corporate job every 10 days I have a different destination. Of course you have bad situation sometimes, but Southwest usually will accommodate and make things better for you. I was stuck in love Field because Miami had a hurricane and my plane is coming from Miami to Lovefield to take me to my final destination El Paso. Keep in mind I did not book my reservation directly. I was issued a voucher. Was not able to claim my flight because somebody corporate office booked it. People were laying on the floor asleep, restless out of battery charge nothing was open. People were hungry. Kids were screaming. It was a very bad deal.
