They upgraded our seats, too extra large legroom, which was perfect because my husband is a big guy. I appreciate that.
Boarding
I love you Southwest , I travel with you all the time, no other. I totally hate being forced to buy a seat after buying a ticket and checking in on the minute . Still at the back of the bus. Boarding group 4 and 5. Why not charge more for the ticket in the first place?💕
Southwest sucks
The app is okay. Avoid Southwest. They changed airports on me due to late departure. Then the second plane at the further airport was delayed. I missed my connection after scrambling half a day to accompany how useless they are. I haven’t flown them in many years and will not again.

Ease of SWA travel
One of the easiest travel experiences of any airline from initial contact til arrival. SWA culture and frontline customer service sets a high bar.

Please go back to what set Southwest above all the rest of the airlines. Your new policies make Southwest the same as every other airline.
Booking by phone
I was told that Seniors received discounts by calling directly rather than by booking on line.
Took 1.5 hours for someone to answer. I missed one of the 11 remaining seat in the time spent “to speak to an operator”. Outrageous.
BTW…you “new” policy to abandon free baggage and free flight changes is likely the death nell. GREED and GRIFT in these changes is the new normal. Gotta please the wealthy stock holders and bah humbug to clientes. Sad state of affairs in the new, wealthier and wealthier decision makers. Shame.

Impressed with southwest
I’m very impressed with the communication I’ve received leaking up to my trip and with how easy it has been to manage my trip. The checked bag makes me feel like I used to feel flying. I’m really impressed with Southwest and happy I’ve been reminded how great they are!

Logs you out, password expires, forces you to update. Turns you screen brightness all the way up.
Seat changing/picking
Your seat maps obviously do not update live as I cannot pick open seats in my fare class even though they are not xx’d out. It appears southwest locks it out to force people to upgrade in order to pick another seat. This is terrible business and I will definitely use SW as a last resort airline

Reassigned my seat
I chose a window seat last week and they reassigned me to an aisle. Not happy about that.
