Luggage damaged

My experience has been awful. First off the luggage agent wasn't not helpful nor empathetic and then when I file a claim for reimbursement I get a letter stating oh we are giving you $100 when I clearly stated and provide receipt my luggage cost $175. It's so demeaning. As a corporate exec I can choose to flee with any airline and let my corporation know how this airline operates.
