The take a picture of your docs is terrible
I don’t know why but the resolution of the take a picture of your travel documents feature is so blurry compared to any other photo apps and then it won’t recognize the doc which causes you to have to wait in line for customer service instead of easy check in.
Update this week is bad
Today is September 15th, and you had an update five days ago. My husband is a commercial pilot, and our family uses this app for traveling via discounted tickets or standby. But today, my husband needed to book a flight during a work trip, and two other people in the family were getting the repeated notifications. We’ve used this app for years, so we know that the notifications should go directly to him, ie to HIS specific phone number or email. Please fix it.

Not able to edit co-traveler’s info
Unable to click co-traveler’s frequent flyer program and change info. Have to remember my password from within the App, what a hassle!
