A little hard to navigate
It asked if I was enjoying the app. Enjoying is a strong word. There’s nothing enjoyable about using an airline app. However, it gets the job done, although things are a little hard to find.

The gold standard for airline apps. I found it easy, intuitive, and seamless across different devices. Kudos to the United IT team. This should be bookmarked as an industry best practice.

You Changed My Seat Unannounced
You changed my seat unannounced. I only received a message right before my flight. I was told by a Representative that my seat was given to someone else with more “priority” than me. Unacceptable & unprofessional.

One of the worst major airlines. Always 75+ degrees on the plane. Consistently delayed. Packed. Ridiculously uncomfortable travel.

So now we have to save a credit card to our account for “in flight purchases” before we can check in for a flight? 🙄
