I was in line late for my plane and needed to get my ticket real quick. It took me three minutes to get it on this app
Forced to use app
I can’t believe this company forces you as a paying customer to download the app in order to check in. The website should have same check in. Of course, if you don’t use the phone you can pay them at the counter. We really need the government to outlaw this predatory practice. Frontier is the next spirit airlines.

This App Sucks!!!
Not only is the Frontier Customer Service Bad… but their APP SUCKS TOO!! I’ve never been so overstimulated by trying to use an app until today. The entire company needs an honest reboot and the workers need to be tossed out the door with them. Out of every 100 calls there is someone who will give you honest feedback about your experience and I wish I knew the name of the young lady who helped me earlier she needs a share of the company!! This is the worst flight experience I have ever had and whoever is over this needs a FIRM look in the mirror and get their life together.

Won’t keep me logged in
I have to constantly log in, no other airline app does that. They need to do a bug fix. It just started that.
Embarrassingly bad
I can’t believe how bad this app is. I wasn’t able to get a flight after 3 attempts due to how bad the UX is. Truly amazing
