2 travels Avelo cash hard to use
I tried to speak with customer service. 2.5 hour wait. Chose the call me back option, no call back. I called back and sat on hold over 3 hours. No one ever took call. I was trying to book using two sets of Avelo Cash for myself and my wife that we had but the app only allowed mine to be used. It was very frustrating but there is a way. It isn’t intuitive and thus my rating.

App features limited
I was unable to modify my reservation to add on one of my children. So I had to call to add them on because the app would not let me. But when I called, they were unable to apply my Avelo plus pricing, which didn’t really make sense. They were also not able to add on the flex. I would’ve bought the ticket on the app if I could have, but it would not allow me to make a separate booking because he’s under the age of 18 so I feel like I got stuck with a ticket that has no refund policy and higher pricing than the other three tickets I purchased because I could not modify within the app. It also took me hours on hold to get someone to speak to. I have a feeling this airline will not be in business that long and maybe that’s why they’re only booking until April 2027.

Can’t login or input flight info
The app is awful. It won’t let me login to my account, nor find my flight details that I booked online. I want to have the reservation in the app, but I’m unable to do that.
Horrible horrible app
It’s scary to think that this horrible of an app is connected to an airline. The programmers must be completely brain dead. This app can never find a current reservation, crashes, and loads up slower than a Commodore 64. Worst app ever!
