You cannot get a live rep, asked for a call back never received. Called back waited over 4 hours then call dropped. The app didn’t tell me if I can update my luggage, in one point when I checked in it didn’t show me that I had any luggage added, went to add, I made a mistake couldn’t cancel to 0 luggage. I waited to the following day then I saw I had selected an over head and wanted to change to check in, not sure how to do that. On my app I had ended up buying 2 reservations. I realized it the day before my flight and I couldn’t get through to CS.

Avelo app
Every time I try to check in and make changes to reservation the Avelo app just keeps loading and is not successful. It takes over 25 minutes just to check in repeatedly receive reservation cannot be found. You have to continuously refresh until you’re fortunate enough for it to finally go through 20 minutes later today I spent an hour trying to book a seat.

The app is so slow it’s borderline useless
Half of the time my booking doesn’t even show up on my account. I have to close and reopen the app multiple times before it pops up. Then when I click on it to look at the details, it takes sometimes over a minute to load.

It’s SOOOOO Slow
Using this app is a bit painful after using a Southwest, United, Delta, etc. Nothing loads quickly and boarding pass information takes you out of the app. It’s not intuitive and not ideal.
Tried for two days to book a flight
Tried to book a flight for more than two days. Kept loading about 3/4 through. Tried calling in to customer support. On hold over 3 hrs only to get disconnected when it was my turn.
Slow app
This is my 3rd review. I love the airline. Cheap quick flights. But their app continues to suck. It’s gotten better but it’s still so slow to connect to the servers to book trips. Even their website is slow too.
App works half the time
I fly with Avelo several times a year, but the app is consistently unreliable. It frequently glitches—either the loading icon spins indefinitely, or I can't log into my account because the login screen doesn't display properly. It's frustrating, especially when I'm trying to book a flight. I hope these issues are addressed, as the app could be much more useful with improved stability.

Terrible
Most of the app is dysfunctional and riddled with broken pages and links and overall very, very slow. Making matters worse is that the website is even more dysfunctional.

Great service from Avelo I flew with them before I signed with them as a member and I am looking forward to spending as much as my flying time with them. Thanks for being easy.

The app crash when trying to upgrade seating and the screen turns black.
Booking
Well , cheap prices equals cheap customers service. Want to do some changes to existing booking, it’s impossible to talk to agent. Try to do it online they charge a big fee for it. I probably will never fly with this airline again or recommend it to anyone
Awful App
Super slow, glitches, issues getting boarding pass, etc.
Why?
I just got this app and I also got the credit card and every time I try to use the app it just spins and returns to a black screen. I’m really hoping that they’re doing an update and it’s not going to continue to be like this all the time because I’ll probably cancel the credit card and won’t fly with them if I have to go through this inconvenience every time. This has to be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I don’t understand all the positive reviews. Hopefully they fix all these Bugs and change this review.

Check In Feature
I downloaded the app to check in. I copied the confirmation # from my email and pasted it in as requested along with my last name, and it can’t find my flight. Is that because it’s too early to check in? I have no idea because it doesn’t tell me! It only says ‘Your booking information could not be found. Please see an agent.’ Not a great experience! 🤨
