No place to put a coupon code thought the Q & A claims there is. Unless it is embedded in getting their credit card, it isn’t there. I’ve even re-booked just to make sure I didn’t miss it. It wasn’t there, I called a 501# &had to leave get a message - no person.

Trouble Finding Customer Support

Really had trouble figuring out how to find Customer Support options in the App. Live chat didn’t work. Couldn’t find the number to text questions a 2nd time (found it once & lost it). Doesn’t bode well for my upcoming travel experience.
