I was little disappointed missing was one little part on my information and the payment wouldn’t go through and it doesn’t highlight it red or show where you need to fix things. The other problem is - is you offered me a credit card? I signed up for it. Yeah there’s no way to pay for it and the $200 discount was not showing anymore.I had to leave this review because there’s no one to talk to on the phone, which is ridiculous.

Ask two people get two different answers
I have a Breeze account and needed to book a flight for them. To bad you cannot get to a person. I was using my computer to book the flight but you cannot book for a person on the web unless they have a Breeze account. You can book on the iPhone app for a BreeZe flight as you get the option to add the person flying. The second Breeze customer service representative responded to me that a person had to have a Breeze account to be able to book a flight. Which is not true.

Glitchy App
The app would not allow me to purchase on first time through but it did lock out the seat selection so they were not available the second time through. Also would not present a failed to enter guest KTN so will need to call to get this done.

Easy to book and save personal details for future use. Website has clear, breakdown of options available.

Flying out of GSP flight was delayed and breeze never informed anyone that TSA closes at 9:30!!! Completely wasted time!!!
Change price
As I was booking the flight, it changed the price. When I called the company, they said it was sold out and I can see 15 seats available.
Finalize Payment
When I initially was trying to book my reservation, it asked if I wanted to apply for a credit card, which I said yes applied for the credit card card booked my and aisle seat in the front. For some reason, the app wouldn’t let me select pay to pay I was gonna so I had to restart and do it over again and the seat that was originally selecting was then taken. I tried it again. Found another seat that was an aisle. Thing happened on the third time I was able to process the payment and everything worked except I now have to sit in a window seat because the two aisle seats I was trying to select show unavailable.

Great price, but the add-on items
It’s where I want to go, but the add-ons are killer. I’m surprised that breathable air isn’t an up charge.
Terrible Company
Our flight from Savannah to Columbus was diverted to Washington DC because this company was too cheap to land in a nearby airport. This company doesn’t care about its customers at all.
Difficult to use points now
For years I’ve been able to apply whatever points I had to the cost of my flight. Now I have to book a completely different way in order to use my points - and I have to reach 15,000 Breeze points before I can do anything with them!
Bumped from flight
I have never been in line and been pulled to say I’ve been bumped for no reason other then I didn’t buy a seat. I was flexible in my seat selection so someone that bought a seat got it and I was bumped after being assigned a seat and actively boarding the flight. This has to be the worse way of doing business.

We travel solely on Breeze, but please have service from SWF to Savannah you have a population you are losing from the Hudson Valley. Thank you for listening to my concern.
Lost luggage
Breeze airways lost my luggage. terrible customer service that’s completely unresponsive. still have no idea where things are at.

Love the direct flight! The fewer hours with less pitstops is worth the taxes and fees.
