It really is a Breeze
Even though “it really is a Breeze” sounds a little corny. It’s really true. I use Breeze to go to Florida, Las Vegas, wherever it may take me because to not have to change planes or to have a direct flight to me is priceless. I am 6 foot tall so having the extra legroom is a great plus

Very confusing at check out when I applied a credit from my account. The total due did not change until after I entered my credit card info. I was not sure if I would be charged the full amount. After entering the credit card info, the total due suddenly changed, showing the credit was applied.

Price change during purchase of ticket
I just purchased the ticket for my son and I had it in the cart ready to check. Had my credit card in and I kept getting an error message saying this fair class changed so basically I ended up paying it extra $30 for a ticket when I was already seen one price so I’ve never had this happen before I wasn’t pleased about that.

TSA number problem
I couldn’t find where to enter my tsa number. I’ve had to go to the counter a few times to get it added on my ticket, wish it was clearer on the app.
Terrible customer experience
Don't be lured in by the low prices. This company has terrible customer service, they push every single thing through an app and without the ability to talk to anyone, which I believe violates the Apple Store policy. Forcing everyone through their insufficient chat means is just miserable.

Can’t check into flights
The app isn’t allowing me to complete my check in or pay for my seating which makes me wonder what’s even the point of the app?
Better than web site today
I would prefer laptop but I was getting the spinning wheel of death when 80% done, twice.

Breeze used to be great
Breeze saved me and my ldr boyfriend’s relationship many times in the beginning of Breeze. When prices were reasonable and the app was so friendly to use. Now it’s super expensive, the Nice flights are missing a checked bag, app is difficult to use, and the point value has gone down and complicated by not matching dollar amounts. Bring back the old breeze. Still am grateful for Breeze honestly but liked it a lot better in the beginning of your business. Thank you for your time.

This app is designed to line Breeze Airlines pockets when it comes to using credited dollars.
Loaded the app, booked premium status flight, but had to cancel.
App says I can use credited dollars on future flight and, sure enough, IMPOSSIBLE to access credited dollars.
And no phone support visible.
Now I have to call credit card company to get my money refunded.
I have a flight scheduled with Breeze shortly; this will be my last flight with Breeze
