While entering credit card and with App timer having 10! Minutes remaining for purchase - App said ‘fare no longer available”. I had to restart. And airfare increased by $10. This ‘Error’ message occurred at 10 PM EDT and happened the exact moment my wife purchased her same date tickets. She was sitting right next to me.

hard to navigate
Hard to navigate via braille. Easy to miss many things. This app does not have buttons labeled 9 text in many places.
App Failed to Complete booking
Tried for several hours to book a roundtrip flight. Made all my choices and correctly entered all my information. I tapped the Pay Now tab and there was no response. 2 is a generous rating.

Locked App - increased Fare
Attempted numerous times to load credit card information before expiration of time. I had 13 minutes to upload and it kept on kicking out my information. I went to rebook and the fare was $10 higher.

Companion Selections
The primary account and secondary companions are not clear in the app once selected at the beginning of a flight booking. It would be nice to have initials in lieu of companion 1 and companion 2.

I booked a flight with yall and didn’t catch my return home because I didn’t receive my QR and I tryna to talk to talk for hours and now the only think y’all can give me is 30.31….!!! 👎👎so I had to book another flight

Price change in a 10 minute window
My session timed out while I was getting my credit card information and so when I went back into book again, the price increased by 10%. That is unreasonable.

This is the fastest and easiest I have ever booked a flight. The savings are incredible!

Awful customer service. Airport Customer employee said use the app to rebook canceled flight. App will not allow rebooking however, I was able to purchase out-right. So pay Breeze more money. Also, you can’t even call customer service. No answer !!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TO YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMER.

Poor design and awful integration with apple wallet
Not being able to add your boarding pass unless you create an account it scummy behavior. The button magically appears below your pass only after you’ve created an account in app. I’ll leave my complaint at there to make things brief but this app leaves much to be desired. I will say, on a positive note, that it is great seat change options are built in while undergoing the check in process.
