Terrible service
Absolutely terrible experience with Frontier Airlines. I’ve flown with them twice, and both times my flight was delayed by around 3 hours. Because of their delays, I missed my train and had to deal with the extra time, stress, and inconvenience.
Two flights, two major delays. That’s not bad luck—that’s unacceptable service. I’m done with Frontier and will never fly with them again.

Ruim, minimamente útil. Tento atualizar minha conta com minhas informações e existem requisitos que eu não posso acessar. Já tive problemas de acesso e atualização de passagens, entre outros. A única coisa boa é que atualizam caso haja atraso, mas de forma lenta e as vezes imprecisa.

I flew frontier to Denver, Colorado for a golf tournament $375 trip turned into $1189 after all their baggage fees and add-ons and all that horrible horrible airline on the way to Denver. My bag was gone through my driver was busted in half the two zippers on my hard was busted open had to pay $600 for a shaft to play the tournament. On the way back to Bentonville Ark. I think my bag was drugged behind the aircraft to the whole way. highly suggest not flying frontier I have contacted them six different times in the past month and no one seems to want to talk. I have submitted claims I’ve got a claim number and no one with frontier can figure out what is going on. I highly suggest not flying frontier I will never fly them again or recommend Frontier.

Do not use
A disgruntled employee falsified records to keep us from boarding a flight. They took our luggage though and refused to give it back! Frontier’s contract of carriage apparently only needs one persons word with NO corroboration. The worst part is this woman, Tay, made these accusations up after abusing my fiance and I, laughing at us that the delayed flight might make us miss a friends wedding, and being extremely racist against us. When we made it to the gate, we confirmed that our tickets were still valid only to be barred during boarding. We were offered “replacement” tickets for a flight OVER 24H IN THE FUTURE.

Why do I need to download an app just to check into a flight. Not having option to do this online is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Why do I have to delete things on my phone JUST to get a boarding pass?

Frontier is the worst airline. Stranded 14 hours overnight in a new city and frontier said they couldn’t give me accommodations? Aira, Pao, Nef are unhelpful

Worst Airline App Ever
The amount of error codes I get when trying to simply check into a flight is abysmal. This app is embarrassing. You can only check in on the mobile app and it will take you about 30 times to do so. Good luck!!
Good experience
Very Good! What a relief after flying Spirit Airlines and Jet Blue. No more surprises or stranding or delays or mean flight attendants. All nice people.

El soporte malo no dan soluciones mi correo esta lleno y no puedo recibir mas codigos ellos no tienen otra solución para si pierdes el correo o si no puedes recibir codigos si no puedes acceder a tu cuenta no puedo cambiar lo

Unusable App
Bugs out every other command. I shifted my entire plan for my trip and paid more with another airline to not have to deal with the app.
Session Expired
During the check-in process, I would manually fill in all my information, only to get to the end and then have my “session expire”. This happened numerous times, when trying to purchase a seat in the front of the plane. I eventually gave up and will have to deal with Frontiers small/uncomfortable seats due to their poor mobile app.

App is broken
The Frontier app on my iPhone is completely broken. Check in fails every time with a generic “error” message, and I can’t even search for or book flights. Basic functions just don’t work.
To make things worse, travelers can no longer check in on the website. So now I have no way to check in at all.
I’ve tried everything: logging out and back in, deleting the app and reinstalling it. Nothing fixes it. This isn’t a small bug, it’s a complete failure of the app, and it’s actively stopping me from managing my own flights. Really frustrating experience.
