Awful airline and awful customer service
Flight delayed 4 times, gate moved 5 times, flight canceled, earliest flight to rebook is in 24 hours, and only a 15$ food voucher provided plus a 100$ future frontier voucher to use in 90 days, no overnight stay covered, no other option, online hold up to an hour, no prior notice of cancelation :( used to love this airline, no more flights for me :)

Siempre un problema
Los problemas con esta aplicación son frecuentes. Se frisa, no me deja hacer check in sin razón alguna, no hay manera de pedir ayuda (no se puede chatear con nadie), y puedo seguir listando cosas. Para ser una aplicación que es NECESARIA para poder viajar/hacer check in, Frontier está demasiado atrás.

The app will not give me the option to check in online, even though the website tells you to use the app and when I checked in using the website, my boarding pass would not show up on the app. When I contacted customer service, I was told to take a screenshot of my boarding pass from the website. They would not offer any assistance as to how I could get the boarding pass in the app. It also tells you that you have to have a mobile boarding pass, because if you check in at the airport with an agent and ask them to print you a boarding pass they charge you $25. This is a racket! They make it impossible to use the app then charge you when you’re forced to use an agent.

Great Value and Smooth Flight
I had a very good experience with Frontier Airlines. The flight was on time, the crew was friendly and professional, and the boarding process was smooth. The aircraft was clean, and everything went as expected. For the price, the service exceeded my expectations. TERRIBLE APP
this is the worst app and the customer service is no better. It’s over a week and I still have no access to my points or website. Can’t book a flight.

My experience
It was my first time riding with Frontier, and honestly my last. I was on a trip and when I was about to catch my flight at check in at 9pm, my flight was cancelled last minute. I had my husband and 2 of my kids with me, not enough money or even time to stay another night, let alone have any source of transportation. I had to beg Frontier to give me a room due to this situation and when they had gave me a room, they lacked the decency to give me a source of transportation when I was provided a shuttle as transportation. I had looked for the shuttle and they told me I had to get a voucher and when I had asked them to provide me one, they had told me they didn’t have any. At this point, I was frustrated and I asked kindly for an explanation or if they had any other option to help me out, they then said I was being disrespectful and I quote “raising my voice” then proceeded to say they didn’t have a shuttle to my hotel. I had to then provide me and my family an uber. They had provided me the next flight to Phoenix Arizona to then catch another flight to Orlando. I had payed for an 4-5 hr flight straight from Las Vegas to Orlando and instead had not only gotten my flight cancelled but have to get 2 separate flights to get home. This left me getting to the hotel at 12am, with me and my family exhausted. This was such a stressful, poorly planned, frustrating experience.

Slightly cumbersome to get thru the app . Example it’s hard to manage check in . Not readily accessible to check in and hard to get boarding passes.
Booking no worko
Not able to book flights anymore, no way to select dates. Customer service options are horrible. When chatting, connection lost when leave the app. Response time between chats is horrible. Can’t use a Frontier credit voucher to pay for a flight.
