App doesn’t work
This Frontier app doesn’t work. Unsure why but I have to use the web access to sign on. Contacted customer support and they said it should work in a couple of hours 10 hours later still says I don’t exist. Doesn’t appear too dependable which makes me worry it won’t be available when I’m returning home.

cancelled flights
frontier airlines cancelled our flights and no one has still yet came out and talked to us or anything. no one is saying NOTHING! terrible customer service! this is ridiculous smh i will NEVER FLY WITH FRONTIER AGAIN
Needed App
Since Frontier run very limited service between NY and Myrtle Beach it’s necessary to keep abreast of all the numerous delays and cancellations on this route. But the good news is it’s easy to work but not kept up to date in real time
Buggy but what do you expect.
There is a bug it the app that sometimes prevents it from recognizing your password. You must delete the app and then create a new password using the website. Meanwhile you’ll have to call to make reservations.

App doesn’t book flights with go wild pass
The app frequently malfunctions when trying to book flights and lost me the opportunity to book a flight using my pass.
Unable to book my last 3 flights
There is something wrong with this app when using my iPhone! I have had to call customer service for my last 3 bookings in the past 48 hours. They had me log in to website and booking still did not work. I was waiting to check in for my flight tomorrow only to find the booking I attempted to make last night did not process. Good thing I checked because they had to rebook me in the same seats.

App is trash
Last few updates the app has gotten worse and worse now it’s completely unusable. I was logged out and now when I try to log back in it says that my login credentials are bad yet they work just fine on the website. And customer support says there’s nothing they can do. The app is trash the customer support is trash. Unfortunately I’ll be dumping my status and long term loyalty for another airline.

Lagging
The app keeps lagging and I’ve had to close out that multiple times and it continues to do the same thing. I am now on my iPad. Let’s hope I can book the flight now.
Okay, website has more functionality
I wish the app gave you the month view of prices like the website does. I have to do most my flight searches through the website instead of the app.

I liked it better when I didn’t have to do a stupid code that my face would be enough to open my app
Checking not available
My app will not allow me to check in via my phone. It keeps saying booking not available and signing me all the way out.
Glitchy as usual
I been using the frontier app for a while as a long time flyer. Unfortunately, it has been glitchy so often. I’m not sure whether the developer team is constantly changing and that’s why the app is hardly ever up to par, or what… for a several months it was working amazingly, now it’s glitched where it logs you out and refuses to recognize your password. Thank heavens from all the glitching before, I’ve learned to just go to the website when it doesn’t work… which is so often. The site tries to force you back to the app but if you completely delete it off your phone, you can use the site without too much hassle.

With the most recent update, it logs you out by itself…
Want to book a flight? It will get you all the way to confirm payment then logs you out so you can restart and input your information all over again…
Want to check into your flight? It logs you out after tapping check in so you can’t check in or access your boarding pass…
This has been me experience with the most recent update.
I have only been able to do anything on a desktop.
I tried using a web portal on my phone and it reroutes you to the app for payment no matter what I have done…. I hate the current update.

Very efficient and convenient
I was in line late for my plane and needed to get my ticket real quick. It took me three minutes to get it on this app
