Unreliable
Sometimes I can log in, other times it tells me I need to change my password. Different info about departure on website than on app. Have to log in every time I use the site. It doesn’t remember me. Very cumbersome
Consistently One of the Worst Apps
I like ASAir however they’re technology is embarrassing. It’s soooo bad. Constantly glitching and phantom constant errors. And don’t even get us started on about their lack of security. It’s legendary.😵💫

I’m constantly having to log into the app and it forces you to a web login instead of entering your credentials into the app. Very inconvenient when I’m the middle of traveling.

Extremely Disappointing App Experience
This app is incredibly glitchy and frustrating to use. I couldn’t even check in through the app, and the booking process was unnecessarily long, requiring far too many screens and steps.
What’s even more frustrating is that none of my information was properly saved. Every time I attempted to book, I was asked to re-enter the same information, despite having already provided and saved it in the app.
The most unacceptable issue was that my TSA PreCheck information was not retained. As a result, I had significant difficulties getting through the gate, turning what should have been a simple travel experience into an unnecessary headache.
For an airline app, basic functionality, reliable data storage, and seamless check-in should be the bare minimum. This experience was far below expectations and needs significant improvement.
