Declining Services for More Money
Your customer service has dramatically declined over the past several years with rude agents at the airports yet your prices continue to increase at dramatic rates to increase even more wealth for your greedy officers - gross. Alaska Air used to be my favorite airline.

So far so good checking in has been a breeze and the flight is on time so all is good.

Ever since the app combined with Hawaiian it never lets me stay signed in. Every time I open it, it forgets who am I.

Hawaiian vibe was not there
The first leg of our flight to Kauai was completely cancelled and we would have to wait a whole day until we could depart. So we cancelled the first leg and had to rebook on another airline. The refund on that first leg was only 1/3 of what I paid for the round trip ticket. I paid for a more expensive ticket compared to my friend but we both got the same refund amount which does not make sense to me.

Login never worked
Fix login. I created an account but kept getting an error message. Who cares about your app icon when you can’t login to your account.
Alaska Airlines is Great
Been flying Alaska for twenty five years and it’s always a good flights. Never had any issues. Highly recommend their Alaska credit card as it has some great benefits. We racked up 2.2 million air miles on our Alaska visa.
Annoying log in
No option for easy sign in and have to remember log in information. Simplify the process.
Didn’t update my change
I changed my flight and yet the app had the old flight. It needs to update faster.
Trip booked is not showing up.
Other than problems making reservations. I was not able to pick seats. Told to go to app. My trip is not listed.
Worthless
The app never updates correctly. Also has issues if you change your flight.
What happened?
I used to love your app. But now sign in is a pain- and landing on the aid page is weird. I just want to search and see my trips - which you’ve now made nearly impossible to figure out.
Bad iOS experience
Should not require a browser to operate my app. If I wanted a browser experience I’d use a browser and not an app. Given that it requires browser to login should use my default browser and not make me turn on safari as a browser. Also now requires a browser login with a captcha that is impossible to decipher on a little screen, And kicker is for its own protection, not mine, makes me turn off my vpn or the login fails anyway.
Also the atmos rewards program info also requires browser. So again, that’s a downgrade from prior experience where I could see everything in app without activating my browser.

Can’t find my flights
This App or the software behind it. Does not handle name suffixes smoothly. Reservations must match your passport. The state department includes it as part of your last name “DOE JR”. This application keeps it separate so you can never match up. Frustrating.
