App login glitchy
Since updating to use the website logon instead of the native app login the app is constantly logging out and struggles to login.
Passport Verification
The passport verification tool on the app does not work. It asks for the purpose of travel, but there are no options to enter information. Thus, the verification process cannot be completed.
This is so much worse than the old app
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to re-sign in, even though I check “remember this device” on the app. It’s a challenge.
Need updates to the actual flight times
This app does not keep up with the status of your flight like other airlines do.
Sick of Signing In Every Time
I’m sick of signing in this app every time I need to use it. Apps are supposed to be for convenience. Figure out your security issues and allow us to STAY SIGNED IN!!!
30 year with Alaska
Why have you made it so difficult to use this site? Every mentor airline has a better format and his user-friendly. Why have you chosen to make the so difficult? You need a total revamp you can’t even sign on correctly complete struggle
Won’t open
The Alaska Hawaiian app says to update and i press update and it goes to the AppStore to the Alaska Hawaiian app. The only option is to “open”. I press open and it takes me back to needs to update and the cycle continues. 4 times now!
Great. Customer Service
I recently had to rebook a flight that I had to cancel last year. I was 3 days late in doing this and the certificate to rebook had expired. I was able to Esther quickly get a live agent to help me get a discount set up and I was able to use my previous payment toward a new ticket after all. She was so kind and professional! Thank you so much!!!

Too slow cumbersome and lengthy a process. I have been a long time Atmos Card member Alaska Card member and I had to manually enter my credit card number, but I don’t have to do on any other airline I travel. Y’all need to figure out a better easier way for customers to book a flight, it has gotten harder since your failed attempt to merge 2 systems. Fire the Head of IT and pay for a good one.

Not showing my TSA
Not showing my TSA # on my boarding pass. Also, the app is only showing my bag checked on the first of the two legs on the trip.
Digital wallet
Continuously unable to add boarding pass to wallet. Very frustrating and required printing out paper tickets which slowed agents when boarding plane.
