Hard to navigate

Shows no way to access my upcoming schedule. No place to enter my confirmation number. This app is worthless to me so far….

Difficult to use

App is slow to non existent. I am trying to load my boarding pass on my phone, but it never connects with my account. Fortunately, I have a paper ticket to use.
