Worst airline app I’ve ever used. Terrible features and the explore page is a joke, nobody needs to know how to go to an airport. Not a very accessible app at all.

When trying to check in error keeps appearing. There are no instructions telling what to do next. Have tried to contact someone for over an hour mo success. The online help link is no help!

Entirely useless. Checking in you have to do from website anyway and it crashes constantly. Feels like it was developed by a teen for a high school project. If zero was an option would have graded lower.
