App is very good except for the fact that I now can no longer setup linking an external bank by way of the two small deposits like before. In order to do so now, it’s only giving me one option, & that is to give out my username & password to a third party like Plaid who has already breached my data once along with nearly everyone else’s.<]:•{(€

Great online bank option
We have been using EverBank online for about 9 months now. Interest rate is super competitive and the app is easy to use. We have several accounts open at this point for various savings goals. Thank you!!!!

Decent App
Overall very good, but can load very slow and sometimes not load at all when cellular connection is weaker. Compared to other banking apps like Regions who will load fast almost all the time except when cellular connection is very low
Do Not Recommend
I applied for a savings account and sent them my verification details, they accepted me and I trusted them so I transferred a few thousand dollars to my Everbank savings account. Before the money was fully available, I ended up not being able to sign into my account. I contacted them and they told me my account was getting closed because my social security # didn’t come back as me!? Now I needed to transfer all my money back into my Wells Fargo savings but through the Wells Fargo app because I wasn’t able to sign into my Everbank account. I asked for them to do a wire transfer or send me a check and they refused because of the ‘banks security’.

Stop making me update every time I need to use the app

They keep updating the version and it deletes all the 1 star reviews and… there’s a lot. The app NEVER works. Like ever. Constant struggles to get in, access my money, and constant updates required. It is actually the worst banking app I’ve ever used. Actually looking forward to switching banks purely for a better user experience and better customer support.

Coming back here on my knees begging. PLEASE STOP MAKING ME UPDATE THE APP IN ORDER TO ACCESS MY MONEY. ITS NOT COOL, INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING, and makes me want to consider switching banks.

No complaints about the bank yet, as I’ve been with them less than a year. But the constant app updates and the inability to access my account unless it’s updated is ridiculous. Ridiculous to the point I would consider switching banks. Fix it.

Not very good
I have no idea why it won’t accept me I put all my normal information I’m employed and have nothing on my record no debt and it just keeps denying my application
Great app needs 2FA
The app is easy to use and does everything I needed to. I just really wish it had two factor authentication to make me feel a little safer.
Insanely long addendum to account that had to be signed
Are u kidding about the extremely long thing I just signed? How about a summary so I know the gist? That was ridiculous. I have no idea what was in there.

Go for it!
It’s pretty good for savings. I use it for the high yield savings account and it has a good interest rate. The only issue I have is that it takes a while to see it available In your account.
