I tried an Everbowl a few weeks ago and I’ve been hooked since. The ingredients taste great and despite that I only order for delivery my bowls are never melted nonetheless. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends :)

I can’t get into my old account through the new app no matter what I try. Awful tech. I can’t even create a new account because it says “duplicate phone number found.” Ridiculous. I used to go here all the time but will find other places.

Worst customer service
I’ve been trying back and forth for 2 months to get into my old account and after I finally got a response the support team ghosted me after I had made many attempts to contact them mind you. I’ve reached out on instagram, TikTok, they have an issue report ticket I filled out on the website nothing from that. I need the app to be able to schedule food to be made by a certain time. When I work we only get 20-30 min breaks and I don’t have time to wait for them to make it then eat. This is very frustrating how the customer service has been. There are no options to talk to a person on the phone. It’s only emails back and forth with as I said me being ghosted by their “support team”.

Love the food, but this app is useless
Every time I try to order, I get an error saying they can't verify my credit card and that I should contact my bank. But if I go in person and use the same card, it works fine.

Can’t Pay through App
I’ve tried numerous times to order ahead through the app and credit card function keeps responding as an error. I have tried multiple cards and times. But if I go through a browser (which defeats the purpose), it works. I would love to be able to order ahead through the app and pick up my order when I get to my building. Please fix! It looks like it’s not just me!!

Can’t preorder on app
I have tried several times to order on the app and it keeps saying my payment failed. I have tried different cards and even deleted and reinstalled the app and it still didn’t work. My daughter also downloaded it to see if it would work on her phone and it didn’t either. I reached out to support and never heard back. Very frustrated and disappointed.

The app itself ain't bad...
Customer service is completely unresponsive. I was offered a free bowl for signing up on this app and their employees will not honor it, nor will it redeem on the app even though it shows up. I've emailed twice with no response. False advertisement! I'll take my bowl a week habit to other companies instead.
