I’m literally over this app it’s strains how everything works, but to redeem my points it just breaks down every time.

New app is bad
Old app was easy. They upgraded the app in the past year and it's awful. Buggy checkout experience. Often gives me an error when trying to pay (but then sometimes order goes through anyhow). You can't get away with this in 2026 - customers will go elsewhere. Ditch your current app developer and find a better one

New app difficult to use
Please make the ordering and re-ordering (repeat of previous) process easier and more streamlined. App was better several versions earlier. It is very cumbersome to use.
Great but needs faster checkout
Add Apple Pay or something. Otherwise works great.
