Needs Apple Pay integration
The app doesn’t have geo location and asks you for your store EVERY time. Ordering is a little confusing trying to scroll through the various items. A smart app would see that I order the same thing and suggest do you want this order again? Also no Apple integration. Is this app from 10 years ago????

So hard to pay for your item the gift card always pops up but when i try to switch to debit card its such a hassle i have to shut down the app and do everything all over again

Old app was easy. They upgraded the app in the past year and it's awful. Buggy checkout experience. Often gives me an error when trying to pay (but then sometimes order goes through anyhow). You can't get away with this in 2026 - customers will go elsewhere. Ditch your current app developer and find a better one

New app difficult to use
Please make the ordering and re-ordering (repeat of previous) process easier and more streamlined. App was better several versions earlier. It is very cumbersome to use.

This app is horrible
Good smoothies, I like the food here, but my god, someone could vibe code a better app with Claude in a weekend, this thing is a joke. For months the app randomly renamed me Stan, couldn’t change it, had to email support, still took months to reflect. Just tried to order 2 smoothies right now, the drop down for alterations simply doesn’t open or show anything, so ya better enjoy it off the shelf because no customization. The lack of app functionality caused me to not be able to bring the items to a meeting. This is doing such a disservice to franchisees I cannot comprehend how Nekter corporate justifies their value with this type of app to supposedly service their clients. I feel bad for the store owners. Really wish I could buy more products reliably but it is really hit or miss with this app and I need the ability to order ahead so this thing is just trash

Straw option glitch
I doubt anyone with Nékter reads these. This was my first time ordering ahead. I couldn’t get the order into the cart. Then I realized it was waiting for straw option checked. Except the only box to check is no straw. It’s for my wife, who wanted a straw. I know she can just ask, but I almost gave up and was going to tell her just keep getting your Starbucks order, but I kept clicking boxes and hitting add till I realized it was the state option. It’s not a big deal, but it seems easy enough to add a yes straw option and put the word required by that section. Still love the products, but that’s his easy it is to frustrate someone into not ordering,
