I can’t even find my payment methods to update it to my new card. Absolutely ridiculous. This app update doesn’t make things easier.

Every since they updated the app it’s been a mess.. & now I’m trying to update my payment info for vip & it doesn’t even seem like the option is available on there anymore

New App is Horrible

The latest update to the app is just awful. VIP Rewards are not showing and the offers are not as great as they were. Why did we need this integrated with Shop? They have taken over Pressed and made it a terrible shopping experience. I have uninstalled it until all the issues are fixed.

App Update Not Good

There’s nowhere to cancel your membership or any details on redeeming points. I thought the format for finding items was much easier previously. Crazy for a large company to have such after thoughts for important things. Other than that, it definitely LOOKS better aesthetically but is missing key details hence 2 stars.
