Organization Code
Requires you to know your Organization Code. Despite being logged in to my Everbridge account in a browser and looking at my profile, there is no information anywhere on what this code might be. App is useless.
My taxes are paying for this? It doesn’t work!
This is a terrible app! I can’t even login! I made an account yet it’s asking for an organizational code. My city doesn’t offer an organizational code. Why can’t I just access the service through my account? What’s the point of making an account with the way it’s set up. This is not user friendly and I plan on complaining to my city who obviously paying for this garbage. And it’s suppose to be an emergency service! This is absolutely terrible!

Less functionality than old app, poor design
The older app is superior. Easy to find org with search words, easy to find local alerts. With this app, you no longer get local alerts, you have to download a whole separate app. Not sure what Everbridge was thinking. “I want two Everbridge apps instead of one” - said no one.
Would like to see a setting update
App is fine so far. It needs an update to preview what the different tones sound like for alerts that we rely on when on call.
Can’t use at all
As soon as I install it, it prompts me for an organization code which cannot be found anywhere on the cresa911 website. Neither CRESA nor Everbridge offer information about the organization codes. A simple list would be great. But no. No such list is available that I can see.
Response from developer
Hello, thank you for your feedback. Please try our companion app: Public Safety by Everbridge, to connect with the public safety agency you're looking for. This app is for connecting with one's employer or school where an org code will be provided in advance.
