Glitches regularly
An awful experience
Glitchy
Avoid like aids
Features added have made the app worse!
For instance the barcode scanning took months to be added and then the DB is only for America making it useless for UK clients.
Why release a global feature that is only available for one continent?
The app crashes continuously, fails to load clients on a regular basis, does not consistently or correctly show PBs for clients at the end of their work out in the summary.
I have reported all issues to the developers including poor release notes on what’s changed but they simply do not care enough to do anything about it or have enough professional standards to care.
This app should be avoided at all costs
Strong Platform With a Few Important Workflow Improvements Needed
First, it would be extremely helpful to give clients the ability to move workouts around within the weekly calendar. In the client app, users can see which workouts are scheduled on which days, and on the coaching side those workouts can be manually adjusted. However, clients themselves cannot drag or shift workouts to different days once they are assigned, aside from the “Move to Today” option on future workouts. This becomes problematic because most clients do not follow perfectly predictable schedules. Life happens, and it is common for someone to miss a planned workout day. Allowing clients to easily move workouts within their own calendar using a drag and drop system would make the training experience far more flexible and reflective of how people actually train.
If a client misses a scheduled workout and multiple days pass, the upcoming workouts continue populating according to the original schedule. This can result in missed sessions effectively disappearing from the training flow. Giving clients the ability to reschedule their own workouts within the calendar would help preserve those sessions and keep programs aligned with real world schedules.
Another issue is that workout updates do not automatically sync to the client’s program after changes are made in the coaching app. For example, if a program is assigned to a client and the coach edits that program afterward, those edits do not immediately appear in the client’s app. The current workaround is to remove the program and assign it again, which is time consuming on the coaching side and risks disrupting the client’s training log.
Another limitation is the restriction of only three tracking fields per exercise, such as weight, reps, and time. Increasing this limit would allow for more flexible programming. For example, it would be useful to track weight, reps, time, an end range hold duration, and RPE within the same exercise entry.
Another usability issue is how quickly the workout session resets if the user briefly leaves the app. If I start a workout and then lock my phone or open another app for a moment, Everfit quickly assumes the workout has stopped and prompts me with a “Resume Workout” message. In reality I often just check a message, open Spotify, or lock my screen between sets. Extending this inactivity window would make the workout flow feel much smoother and more aligned with how people actually train.
Another feature that would improve the coaching workflow is the ability to create default coaching notes or cues that automatically populate when an exercise is added to a workout. Currently, exercise instructions often need to be rewritten each time the exercise is programmed. Allowing coaches to attach persistent instructions to an exercise in the library would save programming time and ensure consistent coaching cues across different clients and programs.
Finally, one feature that would be great to see carried over from TrainHeroic is a readiness score or quick pre workout check in. When starting a workout, clients could quickly rate things like energy level, soreness, and sleep quality and receive a simple readiness score. This provides useful context for coaches when reviewing performance trends without adding much friction for the athlete.
Everfit does many things well, and the interface is generally clean and intuitive. Addressing the issues below would make the platform significantly stronger for coaches managing real world training schedules.
Feature request summary for developers
1. Drag and drop workout rescheduling within the weekly calendar for clients
2. Instant program sync when coaches edit assigned workouts
3. Increase exercise tracking fields from 3 to at least 5
4. Extend the inactivity window before a workout is considered paused
5. Add optional readiness score or pre workout check in
6. Allow persistent default coaching notes attached to exercises
Everfit
It could do with a feature that prevents screenshotting workouts from clients so they can’t just send it to their friends and can be clunky at times a little slow to respond and prone to crashes that mean you have to start the programme again
Easier using the web app as there are several features not on the iPad app like creating programmes rather than just single workouts
You also can’t group workouts together for different clients rather they are presented as a list where th most recently prescribed workout is at the top. This means you always have to scroll right to the bottom to assign workouts to every client if done in the same order through the app.
App is buggy asf

Decent app but crashes a lot
My biggest issue with this app is how frequently it crashes. Almost once every time I start the app it crashes and it also takes quite a long time to log me in.
Response from developer
Thanks for your kind words about Everfit! We’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying the features on both the desktop platform and the client app. As for the coach app, we’re sorry about the crashes and slow login. Please reach out to us at support@everfit.io so we can look into this more closely and help resolve it.
Best app out there
Creation Frustration
Response from developer
We totally understand how frustrating this is. At the moment, drag-and-drop isn’t supported on the web app when using an iPad, which is why you’re running into these issues. We’ve shared your feedback with our product team, and for now, we recommend creating workouts on a desktop or laptop where this feature is fully supported.
Great platform!
From a client’s perspective, Everfit is an excellent all-in-one platform. Everything is easy to access in one place: workouts, guidance, progress tracking, communication, and support. The app looks great, is simple to use, and flows naturally, making it easy to stay consistent and engaged with training and healthy habits.
Great
Game changing app, constant improvements
Loading times
Very Good App for Coaches
Client management request
It would be great to be able to manage packages/payments from the app and not need to use the website.
Overall pretty good
I wish the clients were able to use the app on desktop vs only mobile.
Great but no dark mode
Otherwise, it’s a great app which is why still use it. But man all the bright white screens are brutal.
Hope yall get up to speed with dark mode in 2026
Response from developer
Thanks for sticking with us and for sharing your thoughts. We hear you on dark mode, and we understand how tough the bright screens can be. While we can’t share timelines, your request is noted, and we appreciate you continuing to use the app and support us in the meantime.
Missing features
However, the app is missing a few features from the coach POV. Like simple things. You can archive clients but you can’t unarchive? Trying to edit the programs from your phone is a nightmare.
