This app is basic and does a horrible job of actually tracking your sets and reps. There are so many other better apps out there that allow you to input every set in every wrap and then calculate total weight lifted and create reports, etc.
This app has a box to free type stuff in and that’s it. Yes you can communicate with your trainer, but every apple allows you to do that. I just don’t understand how this app survives.

This app is easy to use, has clear and understandable instructions for your exercises. First week, but I am enjoying it!

Love the app. Only thing I’d change is to add a dashboard for number of workouts you’ve completed and a streak count for how many you’ve completed in a row. Try to gamify the workouts
