Features Lacking
I switched from Built With Science because it doesn’t offer the ability to invite a coach. Having that option in TrueCoach is valuable to me, but I’d like to see a more complete workout-tracking experience alongside it.
In particular, I’d like an easier way to track sets and reps, charts that clearly show strength improvements over time, and built-in rest timers that automatically start counting down after each set. These features would make workouts more seamless and make it easier to see whether my training is producing results.
The ability to work with a coach is a good foundation, but the overall experience would be much stronger with better progress tracking and more intuitive tools to use during workouts.
Trouble loading videos
Not very gym friendly
Caliber app is much easy and better in this respect.
Timers!
Good but rigid
I have to manually click which exercises I am given which are closest to the ones I am actually doing each day..
We use Instagram instead for direct communications so I’m not sure if we are using this app properly or whether it is missing some basic infrastructure
Week 1 Day 1
Can’t create account
Figuring it out
Easy to use!
Won’t record results very frustrating!
Changed my Life
MS has impacted our lives in such a way as to encourage our youngest to become a fitness professional with an education that specializes in multiple disciplines.
His experience with his mother, fitness, athletics AND True Coach, all came together in a ‘Perfect Storm’ to be present at the exact moment when she needed them the most.
We’ve recently had two back-to-back MRI’s with ‘no new lesions’. In MS terms, that is great news and having True Coach both at home and in the gym has been a corner stone for all we do.
Thank you!

Great app
Awesome
Doesn’t let me make an account
Energy tracking
Worst fitness app I’ve used to date
Okay but glitching
Basic
This app has a box to free type stuff in and that’s it. Yes you can communicate with your trainer, but every apple allows you to do that. I just don’t understand how this app survives.
