Horrible App
It constantly logs you out or says error when trying to log in. It forgets my login info all the time so I have to delete it and re-install.
Not editable to make small payments
Getting charged double or extra while providing little to no details and then not allowing for a small payment while you’re investigating and trying to get answers is a terrible experience
Not user friendly
You can’t copy codes or temp passwords and PASTE them into a field, this is not good. Password once set never calls out to a password manager to self update or populate, this is the most user intensive App I use.
Impossible to log in
What’s there to review? No matter how many times I change my password the app never logs me in. Why even offer an app that you can’t get into??
Payments
It’s ok. I just wish it would let you choose the amount one would like to pay.
Does not work with passwords app
Super frustrating because I have to reset my password almost every time because Evergreen Home Loans is not recognized by “EHL”. The password app should be able to populate Username and password.

Probably one of the easiest apps I’ve ever had to use. Very user friendly. Love evergreen
Absolutely frustrating app
Constantly required to reset password. Does not offer SMS/email codes for login. Resets your password to some crazy string but then does not allow you to copy/paste that string into the password field, you must memorize it and enter it manually. Every month it takes 10+ minutes to access my account and pay my mortgage. Really guys, wth?!?
