Poorly designed
Not compatible with Apple health, can't keep paired with the watch, if you are at the gym there is no way of pairing since it will show 30 different devices and you can't figure out which one is yours.

App needs a lot of work
The app is very basic and needs a serious update. It also crashes when attempting to go back to a previous date. Please upgrade this app!!!

I have had the model 3 and 2 the last time I changed my 2 I have not been able to get it to sync. Help!!!
Update and bug fixes long overdue
We bought the Tracker from Groupon. It allows my son to have a watch that tracks his steps. That's all he needs, he's 10, and competitive with other 10 year olds trackers.
Once he downloaded IOS10, he could no longer sync his tracker. I have had to stick with the old OS and download your Everlast app on my phone so I can sync my sons tracker watch.
Please update your app so that it's compatible with IOS 10.

Need to fix weight range
My only issue with the app is the weight maximum. 130lbs is not a realistic maximum. Neither is 20lbs a realistic minimum. No one weighs 20 lbs👎🏽.
Horrible app
App severely limits functionality of the wristband, not always synced and it needs options for exercises like cycling. Traveled 10 miles on a bike and it thinks I went 4 miles. Please fix this app
Frustrating and unreliable
The app and band worked Decently for the first 3 days. After that, it won't sync consistently and it puts me in sleep mode randomly, even tho I'm moving. Very affordable and had everything I need, if only it were reliable. I will be returning this device to the store.
Watch doesn't work
The watch keeps on going into sleep mode but the watch works it just keeps on going into sleep mode. If you could please add a button on it insead.
What's with the weight?
I was so excited about getting the tracker until I did the set up. Why is the weight limit??? 130lbs, that's ridiculous. I'm not happy about that and I'm tempted to return the tracker.
Weight Limit
I just downloaded this app, so I don't have a lot to say. I like that I can enter my stride length, but a weight limit of 130 pounds is ridiculous. How many adults actually weigh under 130? I haven't weighed under 130 since I was 20.
Not too happy
I just got this As a Christmas present and not very pleased. It does not sync/log my sleep pattern, I had not walked but it logged 13 steps and the alarms do not change or let you know it was saved successfully like the activity alert therefore not working. The time saves in military time although it is entered differently and it will not let me view my heart rate when live, only shows the past logging a (which is why I wanted it). It has potential just doesn't do what the tracker states. The tracker is stylish just not working great, guess I can just use it as a watch.

Weight limit
I got this as a gift and I'm unable to enter my true weight because there is a cap also this app does not work with my fitness pal. Unhappy

It can be a great app if they update it. This App want sync my sleep. When you touch the stop and start button it sync to zero until you restart your phone then it sync your steps etc. correctly but still no sync on the sleep.
It's okay.
The app is okay. It needs a lot of maintenance though. It has issues with language, such as grammar and some of the menus have Chinese characters. The alarms don't activate sometimes, which can be irritating. Whenever I put my phone, on sleep or change app, the Bluetooth times out. It needs work.
