Too much at once
This game bombards you with way too much and far too little space. Even when you think you are getting rid of something, once you harvest it, chances are, it spawns even more for you to merge. It wouldn’t be a problem if there was actually enough space to put all the stuff the game throws at you. Having enough space should not be a premium feature. Not even pay to win. Just purely pay to enjoy.

Missing hero chests
I used my moonlit pearls to buy 6 hero chests and only got 2. When I contacted customer support they not only tried to help with 2 solutions to figure out if I missed it but when it didn’t work they sent me the 4 chests I was missing! I know it’s the least a game could do but you’d be surprised some games don’t even respond back let alone give you what you’re missing. I’ve been playing this game for 5 years and I have/will not ever want to delete this game.

Started out fun then just became boring

Boring to much reading no excitement
So tired of the popups.
Every. Stupid. Time. I open this app I have to wait for that one event to pop up in before it will allow me to do anything else. And tonight it wouldn’t even load which then I missed my chance to collect my final lottery for the night. How about this for a suggestion: stop making that pop up. I’m not even participating in that event. It has four days left and I honestly cannot wait for it to go away. All I want to do is focus on building my kingdom, collecting wands, and fulfilling the daily tasks. All the extra stuff doesn’t interest me and I shouldn’t have to click the X button on half a dozen things in order to get to what I want to do.

You can’t advance without in app purchases, and now the developer won’t allow purchases through the App Store. You must now pay via an outside vendor… I’m done and deleting the app…

If you’re playing this through an app that pays for playing games - beware. They don’t support if you’ve completed tasks for larger rewards even with proof. Otherwise it is a game I guess?
