Crash
App crashes a lot. Will not even open and just closes instantly. Sync of health data was terrible before it not working at all. Castlight was far superior.
Bugs not fixed
After I have to go into a new downloading, it makes you try to download it. It doesn’t even go into a screen . I lost all my data. It doesn’t even let you download option yea bugs aren’t fixed.
Good until it wasn’t
The app was decent for a long time, got my rewards and was good to track my health.
But recently I can’t even get the app to open, uninstalled and reinstalled but it still won’t open.

It doesn’t work.
Apparently on IOS you’re only meant to log in and then the app crashes. Maybe one day it will not crash and I can use it again. But not today.

This is one of the most user friendly apps. I love being able to access my benefits via an app any time any where.

Will not link my tracking device
The app has quit working. I link my device and says it is linked but when I exit EverNorth app it is not linked. This is so frustrating that every year it is nearly impossible to have a decent experience without having to take valuable time over and over and over. It is very frustrating and not the first time. It is an every year occurrence. My IiTunes account has nothing to do with my EverNorth account. It is through google. So half the responses I have gotten make absolutely no sense.

4 days and no update on my medication
I ordered my medication 4 days ago and it still says “processing.” No details or ability to contact someone to see if there is a problem with my order.

Poor Customer Service
Request prescriptions, and refills and do not respond. Additionally expects payment prior to sending prescriptions. Demands payment when prescriptions not received. And finally when sending a prescription made in Switzerland that has a serious chemical small, refuse to take back. Will additionally send drugs whose number identification was different than previous medication.

When you are logging your flu shot in the app, what do they want in the “Flu Shot” field? Are they asking for the location or the brand of vaccine or what?
