Perfect! Everything I need and didn’t know I needed in one place

Will not link my tracking device

The app has quit working. I link my device and says it is linked but when I exit EverNorth app it is not linked. This is so frustrating that every year it is nearly impossible to have a decent experience without having to take valuable time over and over and over. It is very frustrating and not the first time. It is an every year occurrence. My IiTunes account has nothing to do with my EverNorth account. It is through google. So half the responses I have gotten make absolutely no sense.

4 days and no update on my medication

I ordered my medication 4 days ago and it still says “processing.” No details or ability to contact someone to see if there is a problem with my order.

Poor Customer Service

Request prescriptions, and refills and do not respond. Additionally expects payment prior to sending prescriptions. Demands payment when prescriptions not received. And finally when sending a prescription made in Switzerland that has a serious chemical small, refuse to take back. Will additionally send drugs whose number identification was different than previous medication.

When you are logging your flu shot in the app, what do they want in the “Flu Shot” field? Are they asking for the location or the brand of vaccine or what?

You did it!

Well you did it. I didn’t think it was possible to make an app worse but somehow you did. Really wish the company would go back to Castlight. This app looks like something a teenager made for their design class. Nothing is fluent or easy to find. A lot a lot of unnecessary clicks. I have no idea what to do to earn points. I see the goals but you can’t click to find next steps. The app rarely gives rewards points in a timely manner. It doesn’t connect to Apple Watch and barely connects to the Health app. You’ve had a year since we are forced to move to this. Why isn’t MyFitnessPal connected? You just have a series of unknown apps instead. Why?

Tracking journeys

Currently I completed a journey. It asked me to take a survey but did not work and quit while I was taking it. Now when I try to pick a new journey there’s no start button to any of the journeys available. I tried to contact developer but that didn’t work as well. Can you please advise?
