Constantly not working
Constantly I will get notifications for messages and then I open the app and nothing is loading. At times I have to uninstall and reinstall or log out and login

Don’t waste your time.
When I fist started using Prime music it was okay, even with the limited music selection but since they recently took away the option for you to select which song you play and only allow shuffle it is not worth my time. I think Amazon is making enough money off of prime members that there was no need to try to force you to upgrade by not allowing you to play the songs you like in the order that you want. Silence Music is a much better service and it’s free.

Customer service
I had trouble logging in with two factor login. The customer service for Evertel was beyond excellent. they worked with me and got everything working.
Hard to Install
Not easy for a new person to open and operate.

This app would not even be relevant if WhatsApp would change to be CJIS compliant. Messages are delayed, communicating with others is an act of god, and less than half the features of WhatsApp
Excellent for our small department.
We have seen major improvements in the app that were issues when we first got this app. I can say the customer service has dramatically improved. Upgrades have been good for us and has streamlined our information sharing. Highly recommend the app.
Great Communication Platform
We use this as a preferred way to communicate and be in compliance with the laws. Simple and easy to use. This is a great way to get communication out fast. In a active event great way to communicate in a crisis.
Very convenient
I’m thoroughly please with Evertel. Very convenient and simple. Only complaint is that when I creat a group chat as a guest the limit I can have is 5 people. Kinda odd. But all in all it’s a very good communications app.

Great app for Police work
This app has helped my department by securing messages, information sharing remains confidential and allows information sharing with other departments. Free to law enforcement unless you need premium services. Awesome deal!
Great app for patrol
So far its been a great medium to utilize for arrest warrants, extra patrols, and other important but sensitive information that cant be posted to social media outlets.

Great concept... execution falls short.
It’s a pain to have to add each person in your department individually. That coupled with the sending of a request, the other person accepting the request, and you having to confirm the request for each person. If the person is within YOUR department, why not have it connect automatically. Some requests go through immediately, others sit there for days-even after the receiver has accepted. Currently, I have a contact within my department that I’ve connected with and we’ve completed all of the necessary steps. Yet, I still have a notification of a new message from that contact. Sitting there...looking at me...and nothing I do will get rid of it. If that little red 1 on my home screen doesn’t go away soon, I’ll delete this app so fast it’ll make your head spin!
