What's New in Every Rep Counts

1.1

October 24, 2026

New in 1.1 • Sets per muscle group: see for each muscle whether you're in the target zone of 10–20 sets a week. Tap a muscle for the last 12 weeks. • Effort: after every workout, a score from 1 to 10 based on your "reps left". It shows in the summary, in History and on the share card, and also goes to Health and Fitness. • Calories in Fitness are now complete: active and resting. • New share card: choose whether to show your exercises. • Smarter progression: an extra set doesn't raise the bar, and a heavy test set doesn't count. A deload goes to about 90% on the nearest step. • Bodyweight exercises now count more fairly toward volume and estimated max, for example push-ups at 64%. • Your streak stays when you raise your weekly goal. • New iPhone? The app first waits for your workouts from iCloud. • Apple Watch: deload workouts, better rest times and no double workouts when you're not wearing your Watch. • Small improvements and fixes.
