It won’t let me see anything. Its like theres a connection issue but it will let me scan my card. I’ve updated the app and it still won’t work

My mum was overcharged on vine ripped tomatoes only 5 in a tray $7:90 but got charged 6@ 7:90 which was madness and when we returned two days latter to get a refund the manager made my mum feel very uncomfortable asking for a refund that the staff member made a technical error by accidentally pressing the wrong button 6 instead of 1.Which made the tomatoes costing $47.40c.instead of$7.90c.The manager eventually gave my mum the refund of$39.50 after about 15 minutes of us waiting very patiently after going and checking with another staff member. Doesn’t the manager have the power to authorise mistakes made by employees. The manager was extremely very rude and unapologetic.
