Won’t let me enter student id to use at my Sodexo I have to eat at for school

One day I got jambalaya and the rice was really hard so I try to get a refund. It’s been over four days and they still haven’t even contact me back. The customer service is a hitting is so is the food you might as well go to the casino if you’re feeling that lucky.

Where is the actual menu?
App is Horrible - this is worse than when it first came out. Someone needs to update the menu items and layout of app. Poor experience.
Chat function
The chat function is sometimes hard to manage because you can’t easily see what you’re writing when you’re adding messages

The app is slow and clunky and the customer support acts like they are doing you a favor.
Too many clicks
I’m a daily user of the app and get frustrated how many clicks it take to submit an order. Sometimes I show up at the cafe to collect my order, only to realize that it didn’t final submit.
Terrible customer support
Customer support through this app is genuinely terrible and never refunds you even if support cancels your order.
Support canceled my order on me- not even the school itself then sent a new order in that was COMPLETELY wrong and had random add-ons of things I was allergic to? Which was terrible since what if I had eaten that incorrect order that support messed up? Then they never refunded me and never check their in-app support inbox. Literally just use ur school points and never use ur card on this app.

Reviews are either botted or wrong
For some reason the majority of the reviews of this app are about the food. The app doesn’t decided the food. It just lets you order. And it’s horrible at doing that.

I have to constantly shut it down and restart it to get the current menu for the day…happens to co-workers as well.
Slow app
This app is so slow. It takes forever to start up. Then when you try to scan any product it takes so long for the camera load and scan the bar code. The app lags so bad. I have an iPhone 16 pro the app should not lag this bad.
Great App
Very easy to use!
Works.. just not “everyday”
My only complaint about this app is that sometimes it will just “freeze” and become unresponsive for no apparent reason. When this happens, it just displays a blank screen and you need to kill the app and restart it. Once it restarts, it works fine again, but inevitably, it will freeze again within about a week.
