Sporadic Performance
This is an application I’ve used for years to order lunch and coffee at my company’s cafeteria. Most of the time it’s fine, but as with now, I get an error message telling me the food is not available to order. I can plainly see that it IS available. I can place orders at the coffee bar no problem, but not for lunch items that are main dishes. Side dishes, beverages are all fine. What an odd problem. Typical of this app, though, I never know what’s going go wrong with it and when. Constant bug fixes and every time they fix a bug, they introduce a couple new ones. Upgrades seldom feel that way. I guess my advice would be to get rid of the spaghetti code in the app have a real professional design this. Screen better before the company purchases it. My company forces me to use this app for the cafe, so I have no choice.

Cumbersome rating
Every order placed, the app asks for a rating. If you try to skip adding a rating, it will pause the question for a maximum of two weeks, with no indefinite option available. It’s cumbersome, and gets in the way of ordering. Let me just order my mediocre meal in peace!
