I have contacted you several times…. I can not access the app to cancel subscription and you have taken money. You have not replied to my emails, recover password does not work. This is the only way I may get some action…….i am still awaiting a reply and you have taken more money

This is an awesome app! I got it as soon as I got a new puppy and it has helped me potty train inside and outside the home.

I downloaded this app but couldn’t use it and since then cancelled all and deleted the app but for the last 2 weeks your trying to take 29:99 out of my account which has been declined both times. How many more people you’re trying this with but not realised it’s coming out of their accounts eh !!! Better resolve this or I’m going to take it further

This app does not show in your subscriptions but sure does show up very quick in your bank statements. And they make it difficult to cancel. They are other better apps out there with more transparent business practices. Look elsewhere.

I did not use this part of the app my dog already handled this very well and did not need it
$30 scam
I downloaded this app for the free trial, tried working through the first task, which my puppy failed. I deleted the app. Yet, there’s a $30 charge on my card. I checked subscriptions on my phone. It’s not there! Now, I have to go through the whole rigamarole of calling the company and/or my credit card. This is not good!!

Be careful how you pay
If you pay for it from the website. It’s ridiculously hard to cancel the recurring fees. There’s no real way to do it outside of emailing the company. If it renews and you want to cancel. They will not refund your money. Buyer beware.

I started using this app because I couldn’t pay high end for a trainer and the videos and examples inside this app make it easy to understand and follow the simple instructions all it takes is a little bit of patience and a lot of consistency

Je me suis fait avoir , j’ai pris 4 semaines d’essai et je n’ai jamais trouvé sur mon compte Apple dans les réglages et abonnement l’application ecery doggy dans les abonnements en cours . Je n’ai pas vérifié mes extraits de comptes sur 4 à mois et je m’apercois que je suis prélevé à des dates différentes des fois 2 fois dans un mois d’un montant de 29,99€ pour rien du tout n’ayant plus de nouvelles .
