Cannot login using password

Missus needed to charge at an evie station in the middle of her drive. I already have an account and the app has only one login option - logging in using a link sent to your email which you need to open in the same device. Not everyone is tech savvy or have a RFID card handy. Please make it easier for family members to set up charging for everyone in the family using one account. If there was an option to login using password or check if that login was authorised, she could have simply used it to login quickly and get going.

Don’t use it

Evie charger shouldn’t be the biggest Scam company you have ever seen. Don’t download it don’t install it don’t use it. You’re gonna waste a lot of money and time and not getting a service. The car is not even charged and they charge me money for it and I asked for a refund I’ve been waiting for a couple of months. I haven’t received it.
