With the evisit ScanIN app, you easily scan the tickets of guests at your event. You use the app in combination with the evisit invitation management software, giving you insight into the statistics of your event at any time. Register which visitors attend quickly and securely.
How does it work?
- Install the app on your mobile for free
- Open the app
- Scan the QR code of your event in the evisit software to link the app to the event
- Scan the tickets of your visitors
Details
- The evisit software works seamlessly with the ScanIN app
- By scanning the QR code in the evisit software, you are automatically linked to the right event in the app
- Scan the QR codes (on the admission ticket) of the attending guests
- You have insight into the statistics of your event anytime and anywhere You can see how many visitors are already present and how many more you can expect.
- In the guest list, you can easily search for a guest by name. The guest list also shows the guest's status (registered, present or deregistered)

Multi event scanning is a functionality that allows you to scan the tickets of various events at the same time. By registering your smartphone as a scanner you are then able to add additional events to your device. This will enable you to scan tickets of different events consecutively with this smartphone. Hence, logging out and switching between events is not necessary. In addition, several improvements and fixes have been made with one very important one: - allowing scanning of special karakter barcodes
