In the meantime, a good workaround, just like you suggested, is to use middle stops to shape and control the route the way you want. It helps you plan detours or specific visits along the way. We also provide real-time status for chargers across 11+ major networks, including Charge Zone, Thunder Plus, Voltran, and others, to help you plan better. Thanks for the honest feedback. We understand why this feels intrusive and appreciate you calling it out. To clarify, SMS access is required today strictly to send OTPs for secure sign-in. Email and WhatsApp are taken to enable essential communications such as charging bills, transaction receipts, subscription updates, and trip-related alerts. At the moment, we are only using SMS for OTP verification and not sending promotional messages across channels. That said, your point is valid. We are already working towards giving users full control inside the app to choose: a) what kind of communication they receive, and b) on which platform (Email, SMS, or WhatsApp). We’d genuinely value detailed feedback. Please feel free to write to us at admin@evjoints.com , and it will directly help us improve the experience.
