Unbelievable
The technical support I called claimed that chargers “are not part of their system”!! The technical support phone number is on the machine itself! The lady still kept telling me that these charging stations did not belong to them! The technical support is super ignorant and confused 😭😭😭 they took my 80 dollars downpayment on the app and only 1 out of 4 stations working. Very unreliable(((

Just updated that app, only of it to tell me ‘something went wrong’. I can no longer use the app to charge my car.

Money stuck in account less than $20 is not retrievable or usable
Complete waste of time
After spending 15 minutes to sign up with their app and pay a whopping $40 fee the app kept glitching and never started the charge. Don’t waste your time.

This app is terrible. Attempted to charge my car for almost 20 mins and it kept crashing. Plus you have to add $20 to charge. Ridiculous. I just got charged $58 for charging and didn’t even use it. Their customer service refused to help me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I keep trying to contact you and the website doesn’t work.

Sorry about the late reply, but this bug is now fixed. Can you please provide the details of your account if you wish to settle the balance of your wallet with the correct calculation.
Chargers don’t work
Tried 5 chargers which took over 30min until I got one to work. Plus app requires $20 increments. Should be $5 or $10 max.

Hello Chad, the next app updates, registered users will have the choice of paying with a credit card or their wallet, which can choose to start charging sessions with at least $5 or no balance. Also, please share the station or site name with us so that we can investigate the issue.
