Update makes it worse
I use this app to find my company’s private charger. They were displayed correctly before the update and now disappeared from the map. Also the map cannot even do the basic search function. This upgrade is a total downgrade for me.
2. The public charging search can used to display your previous search so you can click and don’t need to retype anything. Now memory is gone and I have to find the charger ID every single time! This is a bad upgrade and did not improve my user experience AT ALL.

App not loading
August 2026 update to the App would not even load. Cannot charge my car.
The worst App I have ever used
The app constantly disconnects my car from charging, fails to turn on a charging station, and crashes requiring closing, deleting and redownloading. I would never use this service, but my employer works exclusively with them.
New UI fails
New UI does not show the locations so I cannot choose to start charging. it’s completely useless
Clumsy, confusing
This was really a terrible experience trying to charge at this charging station. It took a long time to download the app figure out which charger I wanted to select did not use GPS to help me find the charger then there was no Apple Pay so I had to enter a lot of card information in order to begin the session.
