The worst App I have ever used

The app constantly disconnects my car from charging, fails to turn on a charging station, and crashes requiring closing, deleting and redownloading. I would never use this service, but my employer works exclusively with them.

Clumsy, confusing

This was really a terrible experience trying to charge at this charging station. It took a long time to download the app figure out which charger I wanted to select did not use GPS to help me find the charger then there was no Apple Pay so I had to enter a lot of card information in order to begin the session.

Doesn’t work

You will enter a lot of information to eventually enter a secret code to enter into what looks like a re-purposed public phone. Then it won’t actually charge your car and there will be no clear way to get your money back. Avoid this option until they grow up into a business that provides a service.

Took my money. Didn’t work

Sucks.

Manhattan beach morning side

The chargers do not work , they don’t give you an actuate map location for where the station is and they charged my card . Didn’t even charge my car .

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT USE

This app is garbage, it does not work for charging, it’ll only take your money.

Paid for charging via app and followed instructions multiple times and no charging. Had to refund via credit card.

Thankfully I had enough charge left to get to a proper charger.

Be warned.

Waste of $$$ for the charger investors

This app had me standing there trying to figure how to charge my car… then I submit my CC info and still crashed on me. It’s definitely a bad app..we have AI to help create better apps…

poor funcitonality

The app worked 1 time. The second time the app will not sync. I had to manually confirm my car was charging from the physical port. The app could use a trouble shoot section to help users.

Not operational

I am not even able to register to charge my car in Manhattan Beach, CA. Not even worth the time to try to get it to work!

This is not a working app

If I could give a zero star rating I would. This is not a working app. I’ve spent hours try to use this app. Unable to get the support needed to proceed.

Wow, this is a bad look for Manhattan Beach

Terrible terrible app. Deigned for home button iPhone still. Fields don’t allow paste for credit cards. My good credit card did t work but no reason given. My second one worked, and at the end of the Manhattan Besch charges at arm/leg for electricity through this terrible app. BAD BAD BAD

Terrible, hasn’t been updated in years

Won’t give status of charging, doesn’t work with Apple Pay, has basically zero functionality

Totally unusable

This app is completely nonfunctional.

With all due respect…

This app is too much to tolerate. We had a normal EV charging experience in Manhattan Beach, CA… now it’s a parody. Evil. Bad karma, folks.

Total rip off. Don’t bother

Confusing app. Absolutely worthless. Don’t bother.

Worst charging app EVER

Spent about 30 minutes trying to get this app to work to charge my car. Said my card was expired every time even though it wasn’t. Never got it to work. Wasn’t able to charge my car. Waste of my life!

Concerns Regarding the Functionality and Usability of the App

I’d like to share some feedback regarding the app, as there are several issues that significantly impact the user experience:
1. Operational Issues: Implicit operations require a restart to function properly, which is highly inconvenient.
2. Transparency: The pricing policy lacks clarity, making it difficult to understand the costs involved.
3. Feature Implementation: It took six months to add a card feature—what caused such a delay?
4. Field Customization: There’s no option to set custom values in the charging field, which limits flexibility.

I’d also like to ask if the app was thoroughly tested before its release. These issues suggest a lack of practical usability testing, and as a user, I find the overall experience frustrating.

I hope you take this feedback constructively and prioritize improving the app’s functionality and transparency. I look forward to seeing updates that address these concerns.

Unusable

App required for charging service. No android app available. Horrible user interface, takes way too long to set up.

The worst

Our city just converted all of our public chargers to this. I just downloaded the app and can’t figure it out for the life of me

So poorly designed and hard to navigate

Absolute Garbage

Probably the worst app I’ve ever used. I wish I could give it zero stars.
