EVOLV has helped me keep myself accountable. It works. Don’t get me wrong some days are still really hard but the check ins and the activities keep me showing up. The community of people are a great support too. They understand the struggles. I highly recommend.
The best app to help with addiction
This app is incredible at helping track and curb your addictions. It has not only helped me stay accountable but also has helped me connect with others who are going through something similar to me. The urge tracker is great so I can recognize the patterns of when I am most likely to relapse in my day and push myself to do something else during that time period or situation. Would reccomend this app to anyone that struggles with any type of addiction or is looking to track habits and hold themselves accountable.
