Saved my life!
I went through a lot of personal stuff, leading to mental health issues and lack of motivation. I stopped going gym and struggled to find my feet again with it.
Using the evolve you app has completely transformed everything for me! I look forward to doing these workouts in the gym and not having to waste time figuring out what to do. The meals are so quick and easy to make, and so tasty! I couldn’t recommend this app more!

I’m really enjoying the program it’s easy to follow and effective.
More than just an App
EvolveYou is so much more than just a fitness app!
Of course I love the workouts, programmes, Pilates and all the tools that help you track your progress, but honestly my favourite part is the community. It feels like a space where women can support, motivate and encourage each other, no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
I’ve loved discovering new workouts, challenging myself and learning from the coaches, but also feeling like I’m part of something bigger 🥹
It’s not about being perfect or having to look a certain way. It’s about showing up, getting stronger and doing it alongside an amazing community of women 💗

Love this app, but one suggestion..
I have been using this app I think for 3 years now, and I love it. Absolutely love it. I just have one suggestion for developers, something I’ve caught myself looking for a few times.
When you’re looking at an exercise and you tap on the question mark, a description of the exercise comes up and what muscles are used. I’ve caught myself tapping on one of the muscles listed thinking it would show me where that muscle is. That would be awesome for us less educated about where certain muscles are, just to be able to tap on “rhomboids” (the word I clicked on just now prompting this review) and it show us where those are located.
Other than that, no complaints at all 🫶🏼

Do NOT Purchase!
App is not great with regular issues. They have even worse customer service. I purchased the app at 30% off and within a week or two they offered 40%. Almost all companies offer a two week price adjustment. However when I reached out to EvolveYou, they refused to honor the now reduced price. Awful customer service especially when it’s roughly $10. So they’d rather lose a customer for life make a customer happy and price adjust for a difference of $10 a year. I’ll be canceling and going to the Whitney Simmons app. Don’t waste your time or money !!!!

Awful that they now offer a reduced price just weeks after purchasing and they won’t honor their sale pricing. Buy another fitness app that’s better with better customer service.

Downloaded app yesterday, used today and decided not for me, made sure I cancelled everything well as had read warnings about auto renewal. But I got charged today anyway. What a scam. I hope trading standards come for this company soon.
LOVE the workouts App design needs work
Even with the recent updates, the app is not able to save workouts (weights, reps and sets) reliably or accurately. There isn’t an option to add sets after you finish the workout (you can change the weights but not sets?). Clicking on the exercises out of order erases the weights/reps/sets record during the workout. I have been using this app for five years and I love the workout plans, but recording the weights/reps never worked correctly/smoothly

Glitches constantly
You cannot watch the workouts because they constantly freeze up every other move freezes no idea what you’re supposed to be doing.

Do not fall for this app. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Broken App & Zero Support: I was completely locked out of my account for months. I reached out for technical help, but they failed to fix the issue. Because the app was completely unusable, I had to abandon it and switch to a competitor.
Predatory Auto-Renewal: Months later, I received an invoice for an automatic annual renewal. I immediately contacted them on the exact same day to cancel and request a refund.
Unreasonable Refund Policy: They refused to refund my money, hiding behind a strict policy stating that cancellations must be made 24 hours before the renewal date. Because of a matter of hours, they forced me to pay for an entire year of a service that I cannot even log into.
Ignoring Evidence: I explicitly asked them to check their own system logs to prove that I have not used the app in months. Instead of addressing this, they just blindly sent me my account info. They completely refuse to acknowledge that I am paying for a broken, unused service.
Lack of Transparency: Unlike reputable apps (like FORM) that send a courtesy reminder email before charging an annual renewal, this company quietly processes the payment to trap your money.
Save your money, time, and sanity. Do not subscribe to this app. They do not care about their users; they only care about keeping your money.

Decent workouts, customer service not great
I have used this app consistently for a quite a few years now because of the decent price. I subscribed when it was $50 a year and I had since gotten a new last name and email, so I created a new account and deleted the old one. I contacted customer service and they would not reinstate the $50 per year rate that I had. They claimed prices have gone up, but if I had not deleted my account I would still be going on that $50 rate.

Overall good, could do with improvement especially surrounding videos as this only plays on a small area of the phone in portrait mode - therefore really hard to see. Could do with it being horizontal on the videos and ability to zoom in like you can on YouTube or make it so you can sync to a TV.
Best App Out There!
I have tried so many workout apps for my health journey. EvolveYou is exactly what I had been looking for. I love the way workouts are set up and that I can move them around to fit my schedule and what my body needs.
No warning of renewal
No warning for the renewal, asked to cancel on the day of renewal but was refused although I hadn’t used any of the annual subscription

AVOID THIS PLATFORM. Purchased in 2025, used all of twice as its rubbish. Basic functions, no value for money. Was charged a renewal fee without any correspondence/reminders at all, and even after getting in touch within 24 hours of the charge explaining I’ve not used it & don't intend to, they’re refusing to refund me. Horrific customer service. Completely immoral. Please be really careful with this money grabbing brand.

Everything in one app
It’s made going to the gym so much less daunting, it actually is enjoyable with these workouts. The recipe ideas are so helpful and just overall had upgraded my workout game massively
Plans great but app super glitchy
Really happy with my progress since starting gain lower body also enjoy the workouts but the app is so glitchy!! Forgets my previous weights on an exercise so annoying to track progress, sometimes I’ll go back on the app halfway through the workout and my entire workout is gone and I have to re enter all the sets. Also quite often I’ll put my weight and reps in and it just sets it to zero kg so again my set isn’t recorded properly. Also exercises that I know I have done before don’t have recorded previous sets on them so I have to just guess where I was at which is annoying but not end of the world.

Poor performance
Don’t recommend it if you train in a place where internet data is weak. Since my gym is in the -1 floor I always download the workout in case I don’t have data. However, very often the app stops working, so I can’t see the workout and then I start improvising, this happens quite often (80% of the time) so now I screenshot the workout just in case, but the customer experience is poor, many times I’ve been logged off in the middle of the workout as well. I gave 2 stars because I really enjoy the workout but is not reliable.

For years, I overlooked the recurring issues: bugs, trainers leaving, programs disappearing without notice, and a platform that never seemed to deliver a stable long-term experience. I stayed because I believed in the company’s original values and assumed these growing pains would eventually be resolved.
What finally pushed me away was the increasingly misleading marketing. The brand that once promoted strength, confidence, and sustainable fitness now appears far more interested in selling unrealistic transformation narratives. Recent campaigns using before-and-after imagery of Krissy to promote specific programs are particularly disappointing.
Looking back, I regret not exploring other fitness apps sooner. After trying alternatives such as Ladder, I realized just how far behind EvolveYou has fallen in terms of programming quality, coaching experience, user engagement, and overall value.
