Half the time doesn’t work 🤯
Please fix this App for IOS it has too many issues and is a time waster. I can punch in most of the time no problem but clocking out is very poor as it tries to locate and just spins.

This app is terrible. It’s complete trash. There is no thought or effort put into it whatsoever to use. It’s down more than it’s working and glitches so horribly.

This app is horrible. It’s constantly booting you out, deleting anything you fill out, and having problems.
PLEASE FIX THIS APP
I have to use this app for my job and it always takes so long to load and crashes on me, and sometimes totally cancels out my shift when I go to sign out. Multiple times I’ve had to delete the app and redownload to get it to stop crashing. I always end up logging into my shift late because of how long it takes to load

Please fix this app, it’s been horrible for months now! When you go to log in it spins , spins, spins . It logs you out, then when you get to the next screen, it spins spin spins. Then it gets to the final screen, and it spins spin spins again. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes to get logged in or logged Out it’s ridiculous. AND it also logs you out mid shift! It took 7 minutes this morning to finally log in. A normal day it takes 2-10 minutes. Why are you not fixing this and why ignore the reviews here???

Extremely bad app
Logs me out of my shift then locks me out won’t let me go back in, a total mess of an app.
EVVIE APP
EVVIE APP has not been working since last Thursday. I have not been able to clock in and out, and I don’t know what to do.

This app really needs a complete revamp. It doesn’t load and the app just shuts down.

Inexcusable to roll out an app like this where people are depending on this as a timesheet to get paid. Completely awful on every level when trying to use this and making any corrections to this is nearly impossible.

Problem
This is the worst app EVER I’m having trouble clocking hours as well as consistently hours not being saved in system.
Truly terrible
I have never had to write an app review before, but this one has consistently exceeded my expectations in how awful the user experience is. I have been logged out of my account mid-shift, shifts have been randomly not recorded and saved, time entries have been deleted, and it takes so long for the app to load (on strong wifi, on cellular- it doesn’t matter what network) that I have to attempt to open the app at least ten minutes before I clock out to make sure I am actually able to clock out on time. i’ve tried to delete and redownload the app at the request of my employer, but I am now left without access as the app is somehow no longer compatible with the device I have been using it on the whole time.

Just bad
Constant glitches and delays due to the horrible software and useless updates. Makes the app borderline unusable when bugs arise.
Doesn’t work well
I need this app for my job but 80% of the time it won’t work or stops working. Developers have no fix for this issue. I wouldn’t use it if I didn’t have to.

Horrible
I supervise 14 caregivers that take care of a family member 24/7 in his home. The app and portal are frequently down. To me, the contractor ANNKISSAM is the problem. I frequently raise concerns and suggestions to them through my agency; however there is absolutely no confirmation from them on anything. They do not seem interested at all in feedback from those that actually use the system. All they want is to be paid by the agency - not to improve the system.
