Renewal process not transparent
They use a third party vendor to renew your subscription and you cannot track your subscription status or cancel on their app. I would give zero stars for lack of transparency and refusal to refund me after my renewal. I had tried to cancel previously but when I couldn’t find it in the Apple settings or the app, I thought I did not have one. It’s a shady practice.

Add the display of word translation when clicking on a Spanish word on screen
No Asian languages
While it’s ok for Spanish I only would recommend that you would consider adding Japanese and other Asian languages other than that it’s very useful for learning Spanish

Poor cancellation
Difficult to cancel. They do this intentionally. When attempting to get refund for pending charge on auto renewal (post cancellation) they denied request.
