Обман, не оформляйте подписку

Оформила годовую подписку для дочки, но уроки по premium подписке так и не получила, обращения в службу поддержки на почту и в приложении игнорируют. 4 дня ждала, писала, только настроение себе испортила, буду сообщать о проблеме в AppStore, чтоб хотя бы деньги вернуть.

Техническая ошибка уже месяц

В конце каждого урока появляется собака и написано, что ведутся технические работы. И так уже месяц, нет прогресса выполненных заданий. Как понять какой урок уже выполнен, если не отмечается.
