Terrible customer support

I never subscribed and yet they keep charging me. When I contact customer support, it must be a bot because it is the same answer every time— Login to cancel subscription. But when I login, it says that I don’t have a subscription. Yet, I get emails about a $39 renewal charge. Frustrating.

They make it impossible to find any subscription information. You can’t view anything or cancel but of course they’ll charge you for the subscription you can’t see or manage and refuse to refund you.

Fun but has mistakes

It is fun and easy to use but some of the translations are wrong and I've found a few verbs using the wrong conjugation. This needs to be fixed.
