I have been reaching out for almost a month about my account and how I’ve been trying to log in with no success. I’ve been getting the run around and told they unlocked my account but still can’t log in and actually have “some” of my money invested into this app that I can no longer get because they messed up my account. I would honestly like to speak to a higher up about this because I’ve tried to be patient but for how long? If you had money stuck in your account, wouldn’t you try to get it out. My thoughts exactly. Overall I gave this app a one star because I’m highly disappointed and will be telling my fan base to leave this one alone.

Exceed is deeply committed to investor protection, both as a platform and because of SEC rules. Unfortunately we had to pull the Bedtime offering due to some legal uncertainties. All investors are getting a full refund, and you will have already received an email explaining this. Please reach out to our Support team with any other questions though!

Registration not working

I really like the idea of this app, it’s just when I went to register my account and do all that fun identity stuff the app told me that my ssn was already taken but another user. At first I was kinda scared but then I realized it would be me the same response for everything I put in, including numbers that aren’t actual ssn. Anyways I hope they fix this since I want to use this app.
