For whatever reason I am getting alerts like I ordered a taxi, I assume I am getting someone else’s updates. Is this app developed from Fiver talent? I give two stars because at least the app looks pretty now

Korean Taxi Drivers
Do the taxi drivers hate their jobs? Do they see when I choose off base/over 20miles? I am so sick of them complaining or DENYING driving me to my destination. It’s exhausting already without having a car. Their attitudes are TERRIBLE and I’m writing this as my last day using this app. Terrible experience in Korea with on base taxi drivers. Smh.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the ExchangeTaxiPlus app. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
After using the app to request a taxi, I accidentally left my backpack in the vehicle. I was able to identify the cab number that picked me up and even have camera footage showing the taxi dropping me off around 22:30. However, when I contacted the company through the app for assistance, I received no help. The taxi company claimed there was nothing in the vehicle and even stated the cab had stopped operating around 17:00, which contradicts the video evidence I have.
One major issue with the app is that it does not clearly show the driver’s name or detailed trip information. Having the driver’s name or stronger tracking information would make it much easier to report lost items and hold drivers accountable if something goes missing. Right now, it feels like there is very little transparency or support when problems occur.
I strongly recommend that the developers improve the system by including driver identification and better customer support features. This would help protect customers and make the service more trustworthy for people who rely on it.
I hope this feedback helps improve the app so future users do not experience the same situation.

This app sucks
It completely logged me out and said it needed to be updated. I did that and then it said I was doing suspicious activity when all I was trying to do was verify my phone number.
Taxi in Korea
I’ve never had a bad experience with this taxi company, and during my PCS to Korea, their service has been flawless so far. The drivers are always funny and chill, which makes every ride enjoyable. I especially appreciate that they’re available 24/7 I needed a cab at 3 a.m., and they were there without hesitation. My only wish is that they could pick up passengers based on location rather than designated areas. Otherwise, highly reliable and convenient!

Concerns Regarding Taxi Availability
This taxi company consistently fails to provide service when it is most needed. During rainy or snowy days, they are virtually unavailable. However, near the main gate, numerous taxis from the same company can often be seen idling in line, not responding to calls. Such negligence demonstrates a lack of commitment to serving Airmen effectively. Their operating license should be reconsidered, allowing a more reliable company to take their place.

Terrible service if off base
The driver’s often won’t pick you up if you are off base because they want to stay on base and do short trips.
No availability
Even in off times, there are no taxis available or taxi drivers who want to actually pick you up especially when it’s off base. There are numerous times that you walk on the base after trying to request a taxi for a good 30 minutes and there’s just a large queue of taxis waiting at the front gatejust sitting there with no customers. They need to fix this problem, especially with the influx of personnel

Tried to use the app 3 times and it has failed to schedule a taxi 3 times.
Signed up for k.ride and got a taxi first try. Don’t waste your time with this app.

absolutely useless during morning
they should really put a queue number because every morning off base i order first it says one in queue(which is me). then 20mins later i still in queue with 20 people. people probably got picked up before me. i feel like the on base taxis get real nitpicky who they choose that order from the app. i didnt have this problem when i was just calling the base taxi operator. this is ridiculous but hey it works with us phone number now. every other time of the day its flawless. the morning is just absolutely stupid.

glitchy app, bad service since they're the only taxis on base
the operator always say they can't do literally anything i ask them everytime i call. what are they there for? they refused to call me a taxi when i told them i need to get to the emergency asap just because i was timed out on the app (that glitched and put the pick up spot at the wrong place so i had to cancel). horrible service, they should lose their contract

Waste of money
Defaults to nearby location when ordering, cabs will go to the wrong place. Also, I love paying 10,000 won to get across base. Ridiculous that kakao t is cheaper for comparable distance.

Make sure you dont lose anything cuz they sure wont help you even if you have the cab number and you lost the item 5 seconds ago
Very glitchy
Can’t change pickup site to actual location, defaults to place nearby; can’t pick large vehicle even though the option is there, just doesn’t do anything. Five minutes to find a taxi.
